IFCI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

• Associate Director: CA (ICAI membership) या B.Com/B.E./B.Tech के साथ MBA/Equivalent qualification वाले उम्मीदवार पात्र हो सकते हैं।
• Associate Director – Estates, Services & Administration: संबंधित B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) qualification जरूरी है।
• Senior Associate: CA या B.E./B.Tech के साथ MBA/Equivalent qualification वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• Technical Posts: संबंधित Engineering में Bachelor’s Degree या संबंधित field में Master’s Degree in Science/Technology/Engineering मांगी गई है।
• Credit Risk Management: Graduation के साथ MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/CA/CMA/CFA या Economics, Statistics, Mathematics अथवा Commerce में Master’s Degree वाले उम्मीदवार पात्र हो सकते हैं।
• Credit Monitoring & Recovery: Graduation के साथ MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/CA/CMA/CFA जैसी qualification आवश्यक है।
• Human Resources: संबंधित post के लिए prescribed management/HR qualification और experience जरूरी है।
• Experience: केवल educational qualification पर्याप्त नहीं है; post के अनुसार prescribed post-qualification experience भी जरूरी है।

IFCI Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

IFCI Recruitment 2026 में Age Limit post-wise अलग-अलग निर्धारित की गई है। Associate Director पद के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा 62 वर्ष, जबकि Associate Director – Estates, Services & Administration पद के लिए अधिकतम आयु 55 वर्ष रखी गई है। वहीं सभी Senior Associate पदों के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा 38 वर्ष है। Age की calculation 31 July 2026 के आधार पर की जाएगी। PwBD candidates को Government of India के नियमों के अनुसार applicable age relaxation दी जाएगी।

IFCI Recruitment 2026 में Associate Director और Senior Associate पदों के लिए कोई fixed salary या निर्धारित pay scale जारी नहीं किया गया है। Notification के अनुसार selected candidates को Market-Driven Remuneration दिया जाएगा, यानी salary उम्मीदवार की qualification, experience, position और profile के आधार पर तय की जा सकती है। IFCI ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि suitable candidate के लिए remuneration बाधा नहीं होगी। इसलिए इस भर्ती के लिए किसी निश्चित monthly salary को official salary के रूप में बताना सही नहीं होगा।
